How do I redeem my prize?

follow the below steps

Select the type of your document issuing country and identity document and click CONTINUE

Upload the required document and click CONTINUE 

Now it will ask you to verify by Face ID – Click CONTINUE and Allow camera access and it will process your data for couple of minutes to identify the document and liveness check.

Once done you will get a message saying YOUR PROFILE HAS BEEN VERIFIED, then you can close the tab

Go back to menu icon from the luckydinero.com website and click REDEEM icon to verify the address (bank statement, utility bill or credit card statement from last 3 months required) 

Now Click VERIFY ADDRESS and upload the document

Once the document is uploaded our technical team will confirm your identity in few minutes.

Now go on the luckydinero.com website and click menu button to proceed with last 4 digit of your SSN number and click on FINISH

Once done it will ask you to enter the amount and select method to reed CASH PRIZE

Note: Prize Redemption (Prizeout): You must have a minimum balance of 100.00 Sweeps Coins or greater to be eligible for redemption. Additionally, only one redemption request can be made at a time.
